Awards
Responsible for managing the annual IPI Project of the Year Awards program.

Conference
Dedicated to organizing and executing our annual Collaborate conference and annual Awards ceremony, a premier event that brings together industry leaders, innovators, and Partnering enthusiasts. This committee plays a crucial role in shaping the conference agenda, selecting engaging speakers, and curating valuable sessions and workshops that address current trends and challenges.

Education and Certification
The Education and Certification Committee works to achieve IPI’s educational goals and meet the needs of the members - to know how to Deliver Partnering That Works™ - including certification for the development and implementation of the IPI Certified Project Leader (IPI) program. This committee also oversees the IPI Facilitator Certification program (PIPI – Professional Level, SIPI – Senior Level, MIPI – Master Level).

Marketing and Research
Tasked with driving our outreach and ensuring we remain informed and competitive in construction Partnering and collaboration. This committee oversees valuable research efforts to gather insights on industry trends, member needs, and emerging opportunities. By analyzing data and feedback, IPI aims to inform our initiatives and improve our programs, services, resources, and spread the awareness of Partnering and collaboration.

Membership
The Membership Committee seeks to retain and grow membership according to IPI's mission. The committee recommends methods for strengthening membership activities and communication within IPI.
